12 Essential Oils Under $10! (Part One)

Some essential oils can be a bit pricey but there are also quite a few that do amazing things and cost less than $10!
This week I will be posting 27 essential oils that are under $10..here are the first twelve!

Apply to temples to clear the mind, relieve mental fatigue and improve mental state
Apply to bath or compress to relieve muscular or menstrual pains
Basil is delicious added to water, it gives the water a sweet licory taste
Basil can also be added to Italian dishes, we add it to meatballs and homemade spaghetti sauce

Diffuse to create an uplifting citrus aroma. The flavanoids in Bergamot oil are known for their relaxing effects. They may help relieve anxiety, depression, sadness, stress and tension. 
Mix a few drops into your body lotions to help relieve muscle tension, oily skin, cold sores as well as chicken pox. 
Dilute in a bath to enhance mood. 
Cassia is a physical and emotional stimulant that gets the blood and mind going.
Diffuse to reduce drowsiness and support the digestive system.
Diffuse to stimulate mind and ease tension. 
Apply topically (diluted) to help with digestive issues, arthritis & sore muscles 
Add to recipes such as guacamole and salsa
Clove can be used for acne, bruises, burns, cuts and as a pain reliever
Gargle with diluted clove to ease throat pain and irritations

Place a few drops on a cotton swab and touch tooth to alleviate gum or tooth pain.
Add a drop to mouthwash to help with toothaches.
Dilute in liquid for stomach ailments. Coriander has a warming effect on the stomach which helps with gas, muscle spasms and menstrual cramps. 
Diffuse to stimulate the mind and ease fatigue. 
Mix with massage oil or dilute in bath to help ease digestive issues, muscle spasms, headaches and assist in detoxifying the body.
Use aromatically to calm anger and irritability, stress or asthma. 
Use topically to clear oily skin and to help broken or varicose veins
Use aromatically to improve concentration, relieve respiratory problems and assist with hay fever and headaches. (This oil also may be diffused as an insect repellant) 
Dilute and gargle to help with sore throat. 
Use topically to help with muscle aches and congestion.
In aromatherapy Fennel is used as an appetite stimulant. Topically Fennel may be used for excess gas, bloated stomach or other digestive issues such as decreasing excess water and breaking down cellulite.
Diffuse to help relieve stress, depression, PMS, anxiety and tension along with help balance the mind and emotions.
Add to shampoo to help combat head lice.
Dilute in liquid or a gelatin capsule and ingest for digestive problems such as nausea and morning sickness. 
Rub on stomach and temples to help with motion sickness. 
Diffuse into a room to bring energy and help relieve nausea, colds and flu.
Grapefruit has a high vitamin C content, which can be valuable to the immune system. Try diluting in liquid or placing a few drops in a gelatin capsules and consume to help fight off cold and flu. 
Grapefruit has a diuretic property, which may help relieve excess water from the body and may also help in treating cellulite. 
Diffuse to assist with hangovers, headaches and mental exhaustion.
